Babypoz (babypoz.com) is a free online table football game published by Timothé Poznanski, who is responsible for the data described here. Contact: contact@babypoz.com.
Signing in with Google
You sign in with your Google account. Google sends the site a signed token that confirms who you are. From that token, Babypoz keeps only your Google account's numeric identifier, so that your nickname and points stay yours on every device. Your name, email address and profile picture are not stored, not shown to other players and not used for anything. Babypoz never sees your Google password and has no access to your Google data (mail, contacts, files…).
Data stored on the server
- your Google account's numeric identifier;
- the nickname you choose, which is public;
- your game statistics: points, wins and number of games, which appear in the public leaderboard next to your nickname;
- your card collection, unopened packs and selected power;
- the date you last played.
Chat messages are relayed to the other players of the game in progress and are never recorded. The web server keeps standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) for security and troubleshooting.
Cookies and browser storage
One cookie, bp_session, keeps you signed in for up to 180 days. It is strictly necessary, is not readable by scripts and is not used for tracking. Your browser also stores, locally and only on your device, your match history and a few preferences (sound, notifications). There are no advertising or analytics cookies.
Third parties
- Google Sign-In: the sign-in button is loaded from Google and is subject to Google's privacy policy.
- Google Fonts: the fonts are loaded from Google's servers, which therefore receive your IP address.
- Hosting: the site runs on a server rented from Hostinger and located in France.
Your data is not sold, rented or shared with anyone else, and there is no advertising.
How long data is kept
A nickname that has not been used for 1 month is released automatically, and its points and cards are deleted along with the link to the Google account. You can ask for deletion sooner at any time (see below).
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to contact@babypoz.com from the address of the Google account concerned, or by giving your nickname. You can also remove Babypoz's access from your Google account settings. If you live in the European Union, the processing relies on your consent and on what is needed to run the game, and you may lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
Children
Babypoz does not knowingly collect any personal information beyond what is listed above, from anyone. If you are under the age required to have your own Google account in your country, use the game only with a parent's or guardian's agreement.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with its date. See also the Terms of Service.
