Terms of Service
Last updated: 8 October 2026
Babypoz (babypoz.com) is a free online table football game published by Timothé Poznanski. Contact: contact@babypoz.com. By playing, you accept these terms.
The service
Babypoz lets you play table football in your browser, against the computer or against other players, and keeps a leaderboard and a card collection. It is free, has no advertising and nothing can be bought in it. Points, cards and rankings have no monetary value.
Your account
You sign in with a Google account and choose one nickname, which is public. You are responsible for what is done with your account. What is collected and why is described in the Privacy Policy.
Rules of conduct
- Choose a nickname that is not offensive, hateful or sexual, and that does not impersonate someone else.
- Stay respectful in the chat: no insults, harassment, threats or illegal content.
- Do not cheat: no bots, scripts, modified clients or arranged matches to gain points or cards.
- Do not try to disrupt the site, overload it or access other players' data.
If these rules are broken, a nickname may be renamed or removed, points and cards may be reset, and access may be refused, without notice.
Availability
Babypoz is a personal project provided "as is", without any guarantee of availability or of being free of bugs. It may be interrupted, changed or shut down at any time, and games in progress can be cut by an update. A nickname unused for 1 month is released and its points and cards are deleted.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for losses resulting from the use of the site or from it being unavailable, including the loss of points, cards or a nickname. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Intellectual property
The game, its code and its graphics belong to the publisher. National teams and player names are mentioned for entertainment only; Babypoz is not affiliated with or endorsed by FIFA, any federation, any player or Google.
Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated; the new version is published on this page with its date, and continuing to play means accepting it. They are governed by French law.
